Cancellations
50 % paid if cancelled on site
If cancellation occurs before reaching the collection point, payment will be calculated based on the mileage completed.
Co Loading
Co-loading must be approved by operations through a text or email message. Failure to obtain prior authorisation for co-loading may result in non-payment for the job.
